Espressif Receives Wi-Fi ALLIANCE Certificate for ESP8689 802.11 b/g/n
Dec 30, 2015
We are happy to announce that Espressif Home Automation Control Center (HACC) with built-in ESP8689 chip has passed Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ Interoperability Certification. This certification is one of the most important milestones for Espressif’s entry into China's Internet of Things (IoT) market.
Certification ID: WFA63630
ESP8689 is the low cost 802.11b/g/n + Bluetooth + BLE combo chip that targets the mobile consumer electronics market. ESP8689 is the best of its class with the lowest current consumption in sleep mode. Its adaptive biasing for transmitter extends battery life for wearable devices and provides a more responsive system. It also has the highest level of integration, with only 6 external components. The small form factor of only 4mm x 4mm makes it the smallest combo chip available in the market.
