    Role Overview

    Key Responsibilities


    Ⅰ. Stage One: Hands-on Development

    During the initial phase, you will work in one or more of the following HR functions based on your interests, capabilities, and company needs:


    Global Talent Acquisition

    - Recruit top talent globally to drive innovation at Espressif.

    - Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline.


    Employee Relations

    - Build close relationships with employees to understand and address their concerns.

    - Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, relocation, and labor relations.

    - Handle labor disputes, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain employee data.


    Compensation & Benefits

    - Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation improvement programs in line with local regulations.

    - Analyze and report on human capital costs to guide management decisions.


    Ⅱ: Second Stage: Strategic Growth

    After gaining hands-on experience across different HR functions, you will grow into a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serving as a key advisor and partner to management team


    You will be involved in:

    - Aligning business priorities and driving long term HR strategies

    - Talent development and succession planning

    - Enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee experience and cultural integration


    Job Requirements

    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field of study.

    - Fluency in both English and Mandarin; with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

    - Strong people-judgment skills and a people-oriented mindset.

    - Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

    Espressif Systems is looking for motivated interns to join our Singapore team for a minimum of 6 months. This internship provides hands-on experience working with wireless connectivity, embedded systems, and real-world IoT products.


    Job Responsibilities

    1. Design and develop wireless protocol stacks, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thread (IEEE 802.15.4), and coexistence among them

    2. Design and implement embedded solutions based on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thread SoCs and SDKs, such as IoT devices and smart hardware

    3. Analyze, identify, and resolve customer issues to ensure successful product deployment and project delivery


    Job Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields

    2. Strong coding abilities in C/C++ programming & Python

    3. Availability to commit to an internship duration of at least 6 months.

    Role Overview

    Design compiler technologies that translate AI models into optimized code for the RISC-V AI SoC. You will focus on IR design, code generation, autotuning, and ensuring clean integration with upstream toolchains (LLVM, MLIR, TVM).
