More Espressif Products Get Qualified for Amazon: FreeRTOS

ESP-EYE, ESP32-WROOM-32SE and ESP32-SOLO-1 get qualified for Amazon: FreeRTOS.

Espressif is pleased to announce that an increasing number of Espressif products have recently been qualified for Amazon:FreeRTOS. These are: ESP-EYE, ESP32-WROOM-32SE and ESP32-SOLO-1.

Espressif's ESP-EYE is an ESP32-based artificial-intelligence development board that integrates a 2-Megapixel camera, a digital microphone, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, internal and external antenna options, a camera extension connector, USB-based debugging, as well as on-board memory for program and data storage.

ESP-EYE is an ideal development platform for a wide range of applications requiring image acquisition, face detection, facial recognition and speech recognition features. Espressif offers a complete AIoT solution that combines the ESP32 platform with its artificial-intelligence development framework, ESP-WHO.

ESP32-WROOM-32SE is a powerful module with an integrated security element, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, which targets a wide variety of applications ranging from low-power sensor networks to more demanding tasks, such as voice encoding, music streaming and MP3 decoding.

Equipped with the Espressif ESP32-D0WD SoC at its core, the module delivers high performance, wireless connectivity, interface flexibility, low-power operation and onboard security for connected devices. The module integrates a Microchip ATECC608A Secure Element to securely store critical device identification and authentication information. Enabled by Microchip's Trust&GO for AWS IoT service, ESP32-WROOM-32SE comes pre-configured and pre-provisioned for simplified, secure provisioning and onboarding of all your IoT products on the AWS-IoT platform. The development kit for the module is based on Espressif's compact ESP32-DevKitC development board.

ESP32-SOLO-1 is a powerful, generic Wi-Fi, BT, Bluetooth LE module based on a single core ESP32 platform. It targets a wide variety of applications, ranging from low-power sensor networks to the most demanding tasks such as voice encoding, music streaming, and MP3 decoding.

At the core of this module is the ESP32-S0WD SoC. This SoC is a member of the ESP32 series of chips, which features a single core and provides all the peripherals of its dual-core counterparts. ESP32-SOLO-1 is available in two temperature ranges from –40 °C to +85 °C and –40 °C to +105 °C. The ESP32-SOLO-1 development kit is based on the compact ESP32-DevKitC development board produced by Espressif.
